Dear valued customer,

It is important to us to ensure we offer the best possible service, a comfortable and secure place for our clients at a fair price. But with increasing costs hitting every part of the business in line with the recent inflation the UK is experiencing, we can no longer absorb this without making some adjustment to our prices.  We have attempted to keep our prices for most services the same. However, for our online counselling service there has been a slight increase. For further information please visit our little online shop.

We wanted to let you know that as of 22th March 2023 all services will be priced in line with our new price list.

Duration and Setting

Your first appointment will take about between 20 and 50 minutes (depending on your circumstances and the fee you have paid) and is a time of exploration in which we will get to know each other. It will give you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me, as your counsellor, the counselling process, as well as the setting.

The first appointment is equally important when the counselling process will continue over the phone or online via Zoom, Skype, Facetime (only on iPad, iPhone, iPod and Mac), Hangouts, WhatsApp, Signal and Messenger.

Fees

The fee for each counselling session varies between £30 and £60 – please refer to the price list at the end of this page. Depending on your circumstances and the fee you have paid each session will take between 30 and 60 minutes, so please allow enough time on either side.

Payment Method

You can pay your fees in cash, with cheque, via bank transfer, with Apple & Google Pay or by Debit or Credit Card from American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa, also via Paypal (If you use the PayPal link please use my price list at the bottom of this page to amend the amount to suit your needs).

Note: For my little online store I use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol to secure all your transactions and personal data against unauthorized access. My online shop is also PCI DSS Level 1 certified, which is the current standard for e-commerce solutions worldwide. This means you can be assured that communications between your browser and my site’s web server are private and secure. I use the leading online security service Trustwave EasyTrust and 256-bit SSL encryption to secure my site so that your personal information, credit card details and privacy are securely protected from third party access.
