Mindfulness Course – One-off taster Session or a 8 week course with meetings on a weekly basis for 1 hour
Mindfulness is an mind-body based and integrative approach that helps people to manage their thoughts, feelings and mental health. It is becoming widely used in a range of medical-psychological areas. It is recommended by Doctors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Counsellors as a preventative practice for people with experience of recurrent depression.
