14.1.1. Completely FREE UK Delivery only via Royal Mail 2nd Class, Typical delivery time is 3-8 working days.
14.1.2. Returns and Refunds
I accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from the point of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return of an item you must contact me by email to request the return and reasonable care must be taken to return the goods in the condition received. It must also be unopened and unused. Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to me within 14 days. Once we get the returned item, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to me, unless I delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

No refund after 1st session is completed, all 10 sessions must be completed in 12 month and any session not completed in this window will expire. There will be no refund for unused Sessions. You can change your appointment only if 24 hours or more notice of cancellation is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given then no credit for a new appointment.
14.2.4 Cancellation Fee in my online store is for 1 session if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment starts.
